Our Team

Mike began his electrical career in 1978, working as an electrician on projects in the carbon and powered metal industries. Over the years, he gained experience in many areas of the electrical industry including low and medium voltage power distribution, industrial and commercial lighting, airfield lighting and guidance systems and industrial controls to name a few. During this time, Mike worked his way up from an apprentice to journeyman electrician, eventually supervising crews on larger projects.

Drawing on the experience gained in over 20 years in the electrical construction industry, and with the support of his wife Robin, Mike started Summit Consulting Services in 2003, and remains active in the day to day operations of the company. Summit Consulting Services was renamed Summit Electrical Solutions in the fall of 2020 to better reflect the services offered.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, remains active in Boy Scouts, and can usually be found either on a mountain bike or in a stream casting flies.

Will began his electrical career in 2022 with SES, working in a vast array of industries from agriculture, manufacturing, airline and the natural gas fields, he decided to combine this knowledge with his strong sense of management abilities and join the SES team. Will is a 2003 Graduate of the Jefferson County AVTS Electrical Occupation program. He utilizes his real world experiences from employment in the industries that he now serves.

Will has many different roles at SES from Estimating, to Troubleshooting, to field work, but his main role is to supervise, guide, and support employees in his role as Field Supervisor. Along with Will's supervisory role at SES he also is at the helm of the company's Safety Program. Safety is a number one concern at SES.

In Will's free time you can usually find him spending time with family, restoring all sorts of agricultural engines or machinery of days gone by, and can usually be found around any antique Steam and Gas Show.

Before joining Summit Electrical Solutions, Justin spent a decade working in the manufacturing industry. During this time, he handled electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation systems; Bridging the gap between the engineering and maintenance departments. Eventually becoming a maintenance lead, this is also where he developed his management and leadership skills.

Since joining Summit, he has continued to hone his multi-faceted skill set and has become extremely proficient with various brands of PLCs, HMIs, and process controls. His attitude is that if you can dream it, we can do it. He has also expanded his expertise into the natural gas and wastewater industries, up to and including complete control system designs, and programming of entire facilities.

Justin always enjoys a challenge. He has an open mind, with an unlimited desire to understand how things work, and he's passionate about what he does for a living. When he's not at work, you can find him tinkering in his garage, carving through twisty roads on a sport bike, or appreciating the slower side of life - with a fishing pole in hand.

Raymond has been working in the electrical field for 23 years with experience in residential, commercial and industrial environments before joining Summit. He is a strong believer that attention to detail and a quality job should never be sacrificed at any cost.

When he’s not at work you can find Raymond spending time with his family, singing and picking his guitar, or just relaxing on a beach.
